December 14, 2010 - After 2 years of work Jay Bishop has released "The Battle Epic." 

The Battle Epic Synopsis:

A peaceful and technologically advanced people become invaded by unknown beings from another dimension. The story is told from the perspective of an unnamed hero. All that remain are his short accounts of the events.

Jay Bishop takes the listener from the start of the invasion to the counter offensive, and then to the capture and torture of the hero. Then the hero breaks free only to find his people slaughtered by the invaders. The hero struggles with giving up.   Then after a dream he decides to end the occupation once and for all. The hero’s journey ends with the final annihilation of the invaders in the song “The Battle Epic.”

August 24, 2010 - Jay Bishop releases "The Hero's Song."  An album inspired by different examples of heroism and various aspects of fringe culture. 

Jay Bishop will be opening the show with The Bossfights, The Megas, and The Protomen at the CIA in Hollywood, CA on August 30th, 2010.  Show starts at 9 PM.

August 19, 2010 - Jay Bishop announces the next album entitled "The Hero's Song"  an album influnced by Doctor Who, Jay's favorite video games, Donnie Darko, and various other aspects of fringe culture.  The Album will be released August 24, 2010.

July 18, 2010 - The Bossfights release their demo after a breakthrough performance at Nerdapalooza 2010.
